Hardly any ticket replies

I couldn’t resist coming here and posting about it. Their advantages are only cheap and high performance. Virtually no technical support. For the work order, it has been a few days and only two sentences have been replied. There is no follow-up! They also don’t care if I have to spend money to upgrade my server configuration. so bad
But even so, I have recommended them to my friends for their good points
