ABSOLUTELY GARBAGE!
My first failed attempt to book train tickets from Toronto to Montreal should have been a sign to use another company.
What ended up happening is me receiving the confirmation and and tickets I bought for two passengers only for them to arrive at the train station and there only being one ticket in the VIA rail system.
The train was missed over this error and I had to purchase two new tickets.
I’ve yet to receive a FULL refund of the original tickets and new costs incurred.
They don’t have a 24hour customer service number either thats a red flag too!
DO NOT USE this trash company!
Я хотел купить билет в батуми , при оплате билета выдавала ошибку , но деньги снились и при каждой повторной попытке выходила ошибка и снова снимались деньги. В конце билеты не дали а деньги сняли. Не советую покупать билеты через Busbud!!
