I’m not one to leave complaints, even if I receive horrible treatment, however shapeshift.io stole millions of dollars from me — and after 7 months of arguing with customer service about the failed transactions (My money successfully was sent to shapeshift, but the currency I traded for failed to send by shapeshift.) AND this was confirmed on their API, on the blockchain, and by checking both wallets. I have logs of everything, and the full email threads — I have literally all documentation. They brushed me off and it was infuriating. They knew the likeliness of anything I say, would effect them in any way was very small, as I am one person and they were this giant exchange. They operate out of the US and do not operate lawfully in doing what they did to me. I WAS A HUGE ERIK VOORHEES fan, and for everything he believed in, but I was absolutely devastated at them keeping all of my funds, and so upset that the humans working in the customer service didn’t even have it in their hearts to try and empathize an ounce with what was going on. The blockchain doesn’t lie, and the proof is all there, but they essentially told me — yeah our old software was faulty, but too bad. DO NOT USE THIS SCAM EXCHANGE, THEY WILL KEEP YOUR FUNDS. ESPECIALLY IF YOURE A BIGGER ENTITY WHO TRADES HUNDREDS OF TIMES A DAY LIKE I WAS — THEY HOPE YOU WONT NOTICE AND CAN DOUBLE DIP.
