Go City

I purchased two passes for the Colosseum and Vatican Museum and Sistine Chapel for my birthday. Unfortunately my flight was delayed by hours and the car rental company was closed. By the time I was able to get to the airport the next day I barely had time to pick up my tickets. I was unable to pick up tickets for the Vatican and was happy to read they had a refund policy.

If you are expecting a refund from these people think again. I was told that my tickets were scanned as a no show the morning of 9/19 even though my reservation was for 3:45 p.m. They claimed they contacted Touristation and was told they refused to give a refund despite the circumstances I explained. I would suggest just buying tickets while on site and staying away from this scamming company.
