I have prepaid 100 eur for the car, came to the airport with small child and the company, which was mentioned in the booking didn’t see my reservation. So they just didn’t picked me up at the airport, I didn’t want to speak to me. After several tries to call support of Economy bookings nobody wanted to help me, the persons were unfriendly and just sugessted to find another company and rent a car there. I stand there in the late evening alone with 4 yo child, it was very dangerous and unpleasant. They ruined the first days of our vacation, and we had to reschedule our plans.The next day I contacted the support center and ordered them to immediately transfer my money back to my account. Since then no feedback except the automatically reply. It has been a couple of weeks already. My reservation number was Ekaterina Weinhappel B73969311

Bonjour,je viens de constater un prélèvement injustifié de 242,76 E .J’ai bien loué (Europcar)par votre agence Economy booking de Nantes,le26/05/2023, une voiture pour le 16 juin 2023,mais j’ai annulé cette transaction le lendemain.De ce fait,je demande la restitution de cette somme de 242,76 E.Je vous en remercie par avance.Sincères salutations.
