Swiss Beauty

I have ordered few products and one of the product i.e kohl kajal worth Rs.249/-is damaged and not at all looks new. It is cut from the tip and is in a very bad condition. It also doesnt work. I have raised a number of grievance tickets but no reply has come. Also the support number is either not reachable or either they dont pick the call. I have had a very bad experience with swiss beauty.
