    Regarding spreads they say: “spreads are fixed, but we can change them if the volatility is low. But in Russian
    “fixed” means “unchangeable.” So if it’s written that it’s 3 points – so it’s 3 points and it has to be! And if you change it,
    it’s not fixed, it’s floating.
