Not so long ago I sat on a demo account with them, after a week or so I lost the whole amount by one tactic, so I decided to see why it was so. I compared their quotes with other platforms, where it coincided where it did not, but it’s okay, liquidity providers are different, all business. You can believe it.
But when I looked at the bet I lost, I made a screenshot, and 20 minutes later when I came back, I thought I would take another look, and what I saw was that the quotes had been changed.
I asked a question to the support service, how come the quotes changed in the past time. I was told, ask the technical department, we do not know how so, in general, after 4 days, the technical department still responded.
It was like this “our web platform for trading is at the testing stage, and there may be various inaccuracies, to improve the service we advise you to use metaTrader 4”.
What the fuck? What if it was real money and I would have lost it at that moment? Like that’s the answer they’d give me? That it’s okay, man, it happens. Don’t worry about it. We’re not responsible for the platform on our site developed by us personally.
In general, the only conclusion how quotes can change in the past time is if they draw them themselves.
