Registration on the Alpari website

To work on a broker’s website Alpari It is necessary to register and create an account. After logging into the account, the user will be able to choose a trading platform and start trading.

Filling out the form

The registration form can be opened using the button on the website alpari.com which is located in the upper right corner. By clicking on it, the user will be redirected to a page with fields in which you must enter personal data:

• Surname.
• Name.
• Email. The service will send an email with the username and password to log in to your personal account.
• Phone number. You need it to withdraw funds.

You should also check the box to agree to the privacy policy and the user agreement, making sure to read them through the links provided on the page. After submitting the application, a new window will open in which the user must specify the country, city and nationality.

To complete registration, you need to enter a confirmation code. You can choose a convenient way to receive it: by mail or by SMS. After selecting the appropriate option, you need to enter a numeric code and click on the “Get code” button. After checking your mail or phone, you should enter the 4-digit combination sent by the service. If the e-mail was selected, the letter may end up in the spam folder, so you need to check it if the message is not in your inbox.

Personal Cabinet

After registration clients can use the functionality of their personal account. Immediately available buttons to deposit, open an account and invest. There are also such user data:

• My personal accounts – a list with balances.
• My accounts are academic or real accounts.
• My investments are accounts and portfolios.
• Cashback – discounts and exchanging points for money
• My applications and payment templates – money transfer applications, training applications, templates.

The top navigation bar has 3 menu items, each of which has tabs with different information available. You can also switch between different interface languages.

Personal information

There are several tabs on the page:

• Client card – personal user data and the ability to choose the language of the mailing, participation in company surveys, linking account on the forum. You can upload up to 3 documents not bigger than 5 MB. The following documents are available for upload: copy of passport / ID, customer questionnaire (required by the payment department for user identification), bank statement to confirm the virtual card ownership, copies of the payment document, bank card.
• My contracts with Alpari – a list of regulatory documents, forms and applications with the ability to download them in pdf-format.
• History of changes in personal data – a list of all operations with filters by date and type of change.

Settings

There are several pages available in this section, too:

• Security – change your password, enable/disable two-step authentication, login, deposit/withdrawal, and Telegram alerts. The last visits and the IP address from which you logged in are also listed here.
• Mailing list management – configuring how to receive notifications to your email or MetaTrader.
• Settings change history – a list of all operations.

Messages and notifications

A list of all messages with the ability to view all notifications or only unread ones. There is also a menu on the left side of the site. It has these tabs:

• Account opening – Forex, Spot, CFD, Metals, Fix Contracts.
• Investing in PAMM accounts.
• Deposit and withdrawal. Deposit, transfer between accounts, withdrawal, company message about bank transfer, templates and payment histories.
• My accounts – accounts and portfolios, trading and personal accounts.
• My investment.
