      Albert! How can everything be friendly and comfortable, if I just made 20,000, registered in the firm, sent scanners of the passport and card, not yet started trading and transactions, and already the funds were drained, i.e. disappeared irrevocably! I talked to the managers and analysts over the phone and through e-mail, the answer was this-pass the verification again, wait 24 hours checking the commission and after 3-5 days we will return the money, which is unlikely! And yesterday even my personal account was deleted and do not get in touch with me, arguing that everyone is very busy. I ask them to just return the money to my card, just like they withdrew it. The manager advised very differently, and they send me a theory, which has different information. What to do? Please advise me.
