Good afternoon, Mr. Traders! I would like to share with you one case when working with the broker Teletrade. Looking through the internet at the gbp/chf rate, on which a pending buy order was placed in the evening at the price of 1.2125. The price did not fall below 1.2163 (I trade with several brokers, I was not watching the Teletrade chart), so I think the order did not work. Everything is in order. What was my surprise when I saw a long wick for 23 hours (29,04,2020, gbpusd, hourly) up to 1.2099 on the Teletrade chart!!! Naturally, it snagged my order and opened a losing position for me!!! Yes, the loss amounted to 105$, but it took at least 500$ worth of nerves to communicate with smug and self-confident managers, who never admitted their mistake. Technical support made a decision not in my favor, so I bring this case to the court of public opinion – Teletrade is a kitchen that draws any chart and steals your money or a normal broker, decide for yourself.
