The answer is as follows: “I apologize. I passed this issue to our technical department, as soon as we solve it, you will be informed by e-mail. We will try to solve the issue within 24 hours.”
Time passes – no result. I write to support again on March 16 and get the answer: “The answer will come on Monday. Your account was under verification.”
Finally came the long-awaited Monday, March 19, to mail nothing came to write support.
They reply: “We need to talk to you on the phone about your trade within the framework of Fin.monitoring check.
Please provide us with your phone number.”
I wrote the number and got the following reply: “I will pass your request to the financial department to clarify the information, please expect a reply within a day by mail or call.”
I was indignant, but there was no effect, the reply was: “You will be contacted as soon as possible. Please expect a call.”

The broker is great and pretty reliable. I could trade anywhere and anything. There are currency pairs, stocks and both of them are available in fixed time mode. I was flabbergasted when I installed their trading app and opened it for the first time. It felt like I was starting to trade all over again. It took me some time to get comfortable.
