  we regret to say that you are lying. Detailed explanations have been given to you since October 31, 2018, and repeatedly.
  The fact that you did not carefully read the Partnership Agreement when registering as a partner does not cancel your obligation to fully comply with it.
  But if you insist, we would like to clarify it once again:
  Your affiliate commission was canceled for violation of the Affiliate Agreement (https://ru.nordfxpartners.com/download/1550581455/IB_Agreement_RU.pdf), which prohibits participation of affiliates in the affiliate program, as well as clause 4.13, according to which “an affiliate is prohibited from attracting clients whose trading results are aimed at receiving the maximum possible affiliate commission”.
  Further in the same clause it is explained that “in case of revealing the fact of using by an attracted client of a strategy, the purpose of which is to get the maximum possible Partner’s commission, this client will be excluded from the list of clients attracted by the Partner”.
  According to clause 4.14, “in case of Partner’s violation of clauses 4.10 – 4.13 of this Agreement, the Company reserves the right to cancel the credited commission, as well as to
  terminate the Partnership Agreement unilaterally”, which was done in your case.

  4. affiliation of “partner” and “client”:
  
  – The facts above,
  
  – the trade of “partner” and “client” is virtually identical,
  
  – “partner” and “client” have email on the domain gmx.ru (there are no other clients with email from this service in our entire client base),
  
  – “partner” and “client” used, among other things, the same IP to log in to the personal cabinet and trading terminal.
  
  – The “partner” denies his connection and acquaintance with the “client”.
  
  Based on this we concluded that the “partner” did not work on attracting the client, the “partner” and the “client” are actually one person. Therefore, the accrued commission totaling 2024 dollars was canceled, and the result of trading on these funds was also canceled. The own deposit, even though it was lost, was returned.
  
  As an example, here are screenshots of trading for several days, which clearly show the identity of trading – both by trading pairs, and by the direction and time of transactions. Similar trading was conducted on other days as well.

  As it was told to you before, such blocking is extremely rare. During the 10 years of NordFX’s work more than 1.250.000 accounts were opened, the number of blocked accounts amounts to several tens and was caused by serious breaches of the trading rules.
  In your case, the denial of service is associated with violations of the terms of the Bonus Program, the Client Agreement, as well as the Affiliate Agreement, which prohibits affiliates to participate in the affiliate program and receive commissions from trading, especially bonus funds.

  My acquaintance had the same problem with NordFX – he is Lithuanian, the card (instead of a passport) was verified, but they do not have a residence permit for a long time. So, he sent a scan of some other document. He was swearing, like “I have nothing else to do”, “I’m an EU citizen”, “bureaucrats”.
