I want to share my unpleasant impression about this so to speak broker. I have been trading for a year since February 14, 2018. While I was choosing a strategy, while I was investing my funds – I was interested in this company. Until by trial and error I chose the right strategy. During trading, I played back all the invested money and even withdrew it without problems. traded on Forex and commodities, with the subsequent connection of shares. And my strategy was quite successful – with 1000$ invested yesterday I managed to have 5000$ + 7000$ in assets on my account. Several times I even managed to withdraw my capital (total amount of 1500$) I was even given VIP status, and even one day was third in the international ranking – when my bet played from 300$ to 2700$. During the time of trading since September 2018 there was not a single losing bet (I played long – paying all overnight commissions and spreads). And everything was good – until one fine evening – I did not want to withdraw 1200…. Immediately it turned out that I need to submit a document, what and how the letter should have come – which did not come, turning to the support service to me except wait and that I have everything well did not explain anything. As you understand I did not withdraw anything. And today it turned out that my account is blocked. The reason for the blocking I was not informed neither by letter nor by phone call. The application I left for withdrawal – 2200$ was canceled by the decision of the financial manager (the reason is again not specified). I repeat – my account was varified, I withdrew from it not once and not twice…. And all the necessary documents provided (Card, passport, ID number, phone, mail). I do not call anyone to anything and do not claim. I share my experience – and I realized that this “broker” does not like successful players.
