I have two accounts with Grand Capital. On July 27, in the morning, both accounts had open sell orders of 2.26 lots and 2.64 lots for the tfu7 asset, which meant minute death for my accounts. I have never traded this asset. I did not access my accounts at all that day.
I filed a Complaint against the broker Grand Capital with the regulator FINACOM. A month later I was denied. They said that the Broker provided IP-addresses, which showed that trades were opened by me! I checked the LOGs on my terminal. I have nothing in the logs for the plum trades. For the other ones, which the broker provided as IP-address of Great Britain, I have in my logs a completely different IP-address – KIEV!
The regulator did not even bother to ask me for these logs to check the authenticity of the information provided by the broker. As a result, they refused to compensate me for my feedback leaked by the broker. HAND WASHES HAND! NOT A REGULATOR BUT ANOTHER INSTANCE OF FRAUDULENT SCHEME!!!!!
Please, everyone who had similar situations with this broker and regulator!!! It is a matter of principle! Punish fraudsters.
