Now the facts ! I am one of those who have been literally trolled for 3 days. My account status is GOLD. In early April, I made a deposit of about 9 thousand rubles to the account and by April 24, the profit together with the authorized 9 thousand was in the order of 35 thousand. When I decided to fix the profit and withdraw 22 thousand, it began…. First they asked for a photo of the card from which I deposited last time. I had to explain that I did not skarta and with kiwi wallet topped up and sent them screenshots. Also sent a screenshot of the profile where it shows that my kiwi wallet is confirmed by documents. That is not anonymous. Also sent them my documents confirming my identity. In response, the support service writes me that they need a photo of the kiwi wallet card, and I think everyone knows that it is virtual. Which means that it is practically impossible to fulfill the request, and in general it is not clear. But I did not give up and sent a screenshot of the card from the phone, for those who use the application kiwi understand what I mean, there is a photo of the card kiwi wallet. The next day, the support service responds that they need screenshots of the wallet and not the card. And here, of course, my nerves gave out completely.
