Subject: Complaint against Binomo

Good afternoon!

I described the situation in my review on the page https://revieweek.com/review/binomo/

In short: The broker illegally charged me from my card and account.

I wrote to support, I did not get any clear explanation. They did not even send me logs with IP addresses of logins to the personal cabinet on the day when the charges were made.

They do not respond to letters, they answer for 5 days and only after a phone call. I ask you to take action against the broker and make the complaint open on your website until the situation is clarified.

So far all they were able to offer me was to return part of the bonus to my personal account with a knee 41 (and that’s for 2 weeks of correspondence). But, of course, such conditions for real money I can’t be satisfied.

The only explanation for this situation is a virus on my phone that stole the password from the online bank. They had all the other data.

Please help me to resolve this issue. A statement to the police about fraud is an extreme measure, which I would not want to resort to for the sake of saving my time and effort. Refund payments, as well will be able to return only a part, but not the money that was in the system.
