The Real Story of Adamant Capitals Not Paying Back 13 467$

In March 2019, a woman received a phone call offering to work with Adamant Capitals, a London-based broker, which was rejected. The woman received calls from +44759 248 335 for a month. Employees of the company persuaded the woman that experienced analysts would help her make good money in exchange trading. As a result, Vladimir Kitaev, one of the company’s employees, sent the victim a link to the broker’s website and platform.

On March 29, 2019, the victim wired $52 to the account. The victim was assured that a safe deposit box at HSBC Bank was reserved for her. Analyst David Batalov contacted the woman by phone and Skype. Because of the time zone difference, they always had to communicate from 7 p.m. to late at night, since the time difference with London was six hours. David kept saying that in order to increase the volume of transactions, it was necessary to replenish the balance. Which the woman did many times.

So, on April 5, 2019, the victim deposited $234 and on April 12, 2019, $444. On April 16, 2019, the woman received a trial withdrawal of $30. On April 17, 2019, the woman received an offer of a $2,109 loan from a partner bank. This money had to be repaid by the woman, otherwise, according to the company’s employees, the withdrawal would not have been possible. On April 25, 2019, the victim repaid an earlier loan of $2,116. The victim’s deposit was managed by Maria and Anastasia, who worked in the finance department. Everything happened using Skype and AnyDesk remote access software.

On April 26, 2019, the woman was withdrawn $200. The victim asked David to withdraw more money because she needed to repay the debt in a week, but the analyst claimed that the deposit would triple in seven days. And then it would be possible to withdraw as much money as needed. He also argued that he earns 30% from the withdrawn funds. Thus it’s profitable for him if the client withdraws a large amount of money from his account at once. The analyst was sending the trades reports to Skype, from where the woman forwarded them to the mentioned broker’s e-mail to the exchange (as she thought). At the beginning of May, the account showed $18,000.

On May 6, 2019 something went wrong. Called from the partner bank, said that the deposit has fallen sharply, it is necessary to replenish the balance by 11 000 dollars. They only gave me 2-3 seconds to make a decision! David insisted in Skype that the victim had to agree, otherwise all would be lost. The analyst promised he would help get that $11,000 back. The victim agreed. After that, she had to apply for loans from MFIs, friends, and acquaintances. After that, the woman transferred $5,120 through Tinkoff Bank (May 17 – $1,825, May 20 – $881, May 30 – $2,266 and $158). David added the remaining amount of $5,880.

On May 31 the woman received a phone call from Dmitry, who worked at a partner bank, and with an iron voice said that David had no right to help her. Such actions are regarded as collusion between the client and the analyst. The bank’s security service would investigate. Then came a letter telling the victim to pay off a $5,880 debt to the bank by August 10, 2019. In addition, the woman received a letter from Adamant Capitals demanding that she pay back the debt by all means.

In the meantime, David had changed not for the better – from a good-natured and cheerful man to a rude and angry one. According to his advice, the victim had to pack her things and flee the country. She could go to Moldavia to work in the vineyards or to Uzbekistan. A co-worker of the victim named Yuri, after looking at the account history, suggested the following way out of such a difficult situation: he opens his own account, earns money on it, and with this profit closes the victim’s debt. At first everything looked good, the account showed as much as $25,000. But then David convinced Yuri to take a loan from a partner bank for $10,000. David disappeared, and the cases of the victim and Yuri’s colleague began to be managed by Nadezhda Zorina. To help the victim, Yuri took a loan from VTB and on August 8, the woman’s account was replenished from the accounts at Tinkoff Bank and Rosbank. On August 11, $11,000 was deducted from the balance, and the account was unfrozen.

Nadezhda called the victim and informed her that it was possible to withdraw $20,000. The woman sent an application to withdraw this amount. She also received a letter confirming the withdrawal of 1,305,086 rubles. Zorina claimed that the money would arrive within a couple of days. On August 12, 2019, the victim received a call from Vladimir, all from the same affiliate bank, stating that a fine of $7,500 was due for “collusion” with David. The victim was told that the account was blocked again until the fine was paid. In response to the victim’s questions, Nadezhda irritably replied that David was under investigation and a criminal case had been opened against him, and the woman was lucky that she only got away with a fine. The result of cooperation with Adamant Capitals – minus $13,467!

A few words in conclusion

Even if information about high returns on financial markets seems convincing, remember: this field requires deep knowledge. Without training, it is easy to lose the money invested. And even legal brokers with a license from the Central Bank of the Russian Federation can be counted on the fingers of one hand. As for Adamant Capitals – draw your own conclusions. • Hello! I’m a client of Adamant Capitals, the above mentioned people called me and worked with me. They promised me a green light… and ended up in loans, or the money I put in for withdrawal. I’ve been blocked. But I’m not going to leave it like that. Every day I think about this company, and I don’t understand. I paid interest, bonus, tax, and yet they are still waiting for something else and won’t SEND the money. Like I owe them something! When I’ve paid for everything. I don’t think of myself cheated, because I did what I had to do right. If it continues like this, I will go and find these people, but I will fight with the first one in court.
