I trade at the broker BNB Options. I made a deposit on 09.2015. Everything was not going badly. I withdrew my investment for a balance of 250$ and wanted to withdraw profit.
Made a request for withdrawal 3000$. 28.01.2016г. Waited until 04.02.2016. I was finally contacted and accused me of suspicion of fraud. The argument that I had several times made and withdrew partially my deposit. And also my turnover was 22t.$ that for them is extremely small and they allegedly from such work suffered losses. Refused to withdraw 3t. and offered to withdraw their remaining 250$.
The company decided to unilaterally terminate the relationship. But in a conversation with an analyst, I was told that if you want to take your profit, you have to make a turnover of 60,000 euros.
